adding sleaves

has anyone added cap sleaves or anyother kind of straps to a strapless dress. i have a very beautiful Paloma Blanca dress, very plain, with a small amount of beading just under the bust. I love the dress but think it would be more flattering on me if it were not s

trapless. I will have to get it shortened and think they can use the extra fabric to make some sort of sleave or straps.  im looking for inspiration pics to make up my mind.

    Tons of girls alter their gowns with sleeves, straps, etc.  I think it would be really pretty that way.  And if that's what you want, go for it!

    at davids bridal they sell sleeve caps. im not sure how much they are but they have a few cute ones. if you go in trying on sleeve less dresses you can ask to see the sleeve options. since you already have your dress maybe you can just go in and play dress up so you can see the different options and you can leave just buying the sleeves HTH
