We're dancing to Have I Told You Lately by Rod Stewart.  We got engaged in a cabin named after the song.

    As of right now we are looking at either "My Destiny" or "My Valentine" (we got engaged on Valentines Day) by Martina McBride & Jim Brickman!!

    aw, both sweet stories! my fiance and i are using "i cross my heart" by george strait...no real story, we both just love the song, and my fiance always said that song "says everything a wedding song should say." :-)

    We are in between a more normal first dance song, "You are the best thing" by Ray Lamontagne or our favorite song, "california stars" by wilco....Kind of stressful to pick!

    We were having a really hard time with this, since my sister's a pro singer and we want her to sing it, but she does big band and jazz and we don't know much jazz!  We were thinking "I'm yours" by Jason Mraz, but her voice is much too big for such a little song...

    At her gig the other night she dedicated "At Last" (sung most famously by Etta James) to us, and we both cried.  I know it's over-done, but I think it's what we'll be dancing to!

    Right now we are planning on dancing to Can't Take My Eyes Off of You by Lady Antebellum. But its kinda long so we are cutting out the first verse

    We are dancing to It's your love by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.  We both had ideas and one day at the gym he was listening to it on his ipod and he came over to me and said this song is so us we have to dance to it at our wedding. I thought it was so cute I couldn't tell him no.

    Still Remains by Stone Temple Pilots.  We are both huge STP fans (since we were younger), and the words are actually very fitting for us.  Not to be morbid, but I insist that I have to die first (when we are really old of course!) because I couldn't live without him, so the chorus of the song is perfect for us.  Plus we just love that song...  That has always been the song we are going to dance to ever since we first danced together - to that song!

    Nothing Else Matters - either the acoustic version by Metallica or the strings version by Apocalyptica most likely.  Still trying to decide on all that.
