NWR: Whatcha Cooking for Thanksgiving Dinner?

Ladies,

I know that many of you are traveling for the holiday next week, but for those of you who are hosting dinner what's on your menu? I am hosting dinner for 6-8 people and planning to prepare the following:

turkey breast with apple cranberry stuffing (from Trader Joe's. I don't like turkey and don't want to cook a whole one knowing that we won't eat it all. Its a small-medium sized breast that you season and bake. The stuffing is already in it)
gravy
brisket (for me Smile)
braised kale
brussel spouts with walnuts and grapes
candied yams
macaroni and cheese
cranberry sauce
monkey bread (placed my order today)
sweet potato pie
lemon bars or pumpkin walnut bread or tarts with pumpkin butter

Do I really need to make dressing, mashed potatoes or rice to go with the gravy?

What's on your menu for dinner?  Sorry to post and run, but I am heading out to buy the serving bowls, table linens and stuff I need to host people next week.

Anniversary

I don't know what the other members of the family are doing yet but my contribution will be collard greens, deep fried turkey wings, lasagne, rolls, and something sweet (TBD).  I am heading to my Mom's house for dinner.

Monkey bread is a round loaf of buttery sweet goodness. I don't know exactly how its made but I hear it isn't hard to make. I know I am too excited to get some for Thanksgiving.

DH is allergic to shellfish, but the shrimp and eggplant casserole sounds divine!   Anyone else cooking?
