11 years ago today he asked me to be his girlfriend...

1 year ago today he asked me to be his wife...

and in exactly 10 weeks from today we will be getting on the plane to Vegas to get married!!!

Such a special day for us...and so sad it is our last "dating" anniversary to celebrate. I feel like it has been such a big day in our lives for so long!

Anyway...omg 10 weeks away! That sounds soooooooooo close! Thanks for letting me share

P.S. I know 11 years sounds nuts but we started dating when we were 16 and 17 AND have a combined number of 9 divorces in our family, so we were never in a hurry!

Happy Anniversary! That is so exciting! 11 years is something to be proud of

FI and I will be celebrating our last dating anniversary here this Sunday and I have to say I'm a little disappointed to have to start the count back over at 0. I feel like we earned the rep you get for being together that long, and when you say to someone oh we've been married for a year its like they laugh in side thinking you have so much to learn about being in a relationship.

And I also know what you mean to have to give up the date and treat it like anyother day next year. Its going to be hard for me too

Happy Anniversary!! We had our "official" four year anniversary in October. I hate the thought of starting back at zero. I'll probably throw in something like, "Yeah, we've been together for __ years and married __ years ago," or something like that. lol

PS. You're 10 week countdown made me wonder about ours and we're almost down to 9 weeks! omg.
