    I sleep about 8hrs and I take NO naps though I would like to Wink

    I sleep on average 7 hours a night..if I take a nap it is typically on Sundays only.  I think it is just on Sunday because I have been going and going and need the little extra bit of rest or I can't function right! Smile

    Good question for me - right now I'm lucky I'm getting about 7 hours a day - no naps - but in a few months I think it will go back to about 4-5 hours a day Cry

    I posted this at 4am when I realized my body officially hates me.  This entire week I've only been getting about 4-5 hours a night.  This morning was the first morning I was able to sleep in and I was wide awake at 3am.  On my days off I definitely try to take naps.

    I get about 6-7 hours/night.  I take naps now and then.  Depending on if I come home and start watching tv...sometimes drift off!  LOVE naps tho!

    I sleep about 7 hours during the week and a little more on weekends :) I truly sleep in on Saturdays...ahhhh maybe thats why I can hang so late at night Wink

    I hate naps, but I like getting a lot of sleep. Like, 8.5, even 9 hours is great, though I usually get 7.5-8.
