    I saw the post but I still haven't heard from him either.  I would love to hear from anyone who has gotten their full video.

    Hi,

    I am a bride that has booked Jeff for our wedding this october, and i am JUST learning about all these negative reviews.  We were recommended to him through a friend back in August and none of these postings existed.. I am getting really upset over everything.  Have you guys been in contact with him or recieved your videos?? I hope you see this post sooner than later...

    I got married in June. Nothing so far. I haven't been chiming into these discussions. But i don't know what else to do.

    I sent 2 letters to him, one certified terminating our contract. I have been working with a lawyer regarding the issue, best thing we can do  now it cut all ties.  He STILL hasn't picked up the certified letter... according to USPS.. it was left April    12th, I am at a loss of what to do now.

    Good Luck. The guy finally gave us our wedding video after filing small claims. Now I know why there was a delay! No Sound, out of focus, shaky hands, and just complete garbage. Thats just the raw footage. he never gave us a finished edited video.

    He will never get back to you.

    Well, we already booked a new one, MUCH better that i am very excited about... so it's STB's loss!! I am so so sorry that your video turned out bad, maybe you can bring the raw footage to another company and have them edit it?? We are using Ben Mahoney Productions now.
