Tell It All Thursday

If you had to choose for FI to kick ONE habit, what would it be and why?

I would like to change that he tells his parents a little too much sometimes. There are so many things that he rightly keeps from his parents, but then every now and then he will just spill details that really he doesn't need to tell them and they get weird. He told them about my cousin who is in jail for robbing a bank. He should have just kept his mouth shut, his parents are already weird about me and they got really odd with me after they learned this.
I mentioned my mom coming for a visit and they apparently freaked out because they know that I have a few off family members, but what sistah doesn't. So they apparently mentioned to him in French in front of me that they think my whole family is going to try and come over to Belgium and they are going to cause crazyness.

I just think a few things he could be normal about and keep to himself especially when it comes to his parents because they take everything so serious and they always make a big deal about small things that he says.

My FI is very clean and organized, but he goes too far when it comes to email.  He doesn't like a lot of emails in his inbox, so he purges emails pretty regularly.  The problem is many times he does it without fully reading what the emails say, so in the past he has deleted emails I sent with specific wedding-related info in them!  So then I'm searching in my sent folder to find them, resending to him, etc. before he can move forward on stuff. Grrrr...I told him to just stop deleting any of my emails - they're all important!  LOL

My DH loves to procastinate and waits until the last minute to get stuff done, which drives me the control freak stir crazy.    Over the years, I have gradually learnt to walk away sometimes, but other times, I can't help but chew him a new a**hole.   It is a work in progress.

IDK about that one... maybe his Call of Duty habit on XBOX Live. Sheesh, he will be on there all night, talking on that headphone thing. I don't mind him playing, but for 5 hours?!!

Procrastination, because he always waits until the last minute to do things and gets all revved up when if he had completed the task earlier he could be relaxing (like me)!

My hubby-to-be is a major proscratinor, drives me crazy because I'm the type who likes to get things done so we don't have to worry about them.
