Please help us find a place to eat on our wedding night in NYC.  We are eloping and would love to find a quiet romantic place with great food, and an elegant atmosphere.  Somewhere I wouldn't feel out of place wearing my wedding dress.

    Let them know where you will be getting married or where your hotel is, and I'm sure they can give you some good options nearby.

    Babbo comes quickly to mind as an amazing, romantic restaurant in Manhattan.  The only issue may be that people won't be as dressed up as you are.  I'd look into it though.

    I second looking on local boards as well as chowhound.com's local boards
