Sunday Lunch: BHG broiled lobster tails with chili/garlic sauce, baked red potatoes, veg or salad Sunday Dinner: tartines (deli meat, green apple, cheese, honey mustard, french baguette) and Annie's mac and chz or baby carrots.
Monday: ST crockpot kalua pork, jasmine rice, stir fried broccoli
Tuesday: CL Quick Meatloaf, baked potato for H, sauteed cabbage
Wednesday: CL Crockpot Potato Soup with leftover kalua pork (as a sandwich, salad, something)
Thursday: H is cooking Men's Health Chicken Margarita over black beans with sauteed fajita veggies
ETA: Thanks Peek for starting this thread and making me think about this ahead of time! Now I can actually make my grocery list NOW and be all ready to go shopping Sunday afternoon.
