You can sign in on TB or TN with your banned name, but you cannot post. It will take you to a "you've been banned until 2163 at 1:43pm for other" screen.

Go try to post with it. I can make a new SN over there but when I go to post, it takes me to the double check your profile screen and when I click submit, it just takes me back to that screen again.
