Not Engaged Yet

Where the f are the regulars?

I want the old peps back! I want to hear about narwals making a commotion, hetshups giving the side eye to bee bees, taffts needing more polka dot items.

I wrote more but after I vented I erased and decided not to post the rant..... that is all

I have to say, I thought Mutley was known for side eye and Hetshup was known for punching anuses. But Narwhal is good for some commotion, it's true. :)

You're about two weeks behind on the venting and ranting about the changes on the board.

Most people are still around. They might seem to be here a bit less frequently, and I daresay that's partly true, but another part of it is there are so many newer regs. Several of whom are pretty awesome. Get to know 'em!

I guess I feel like no one is posting cause i skip anything from someone new that even mentions ring shopping or ranting about them not being able to wait till they get engaged. Meh. Life changes your priorities when you find out you have a tumor in your brain and I guess I am just sick of people ranting about  stuff like that.

While I definitely understand the way a significant experience can greatly alter your perspect (and I really hope that you are healthy now), this board might not be the best place to hang around if you don't want to hear about ring shopping or engagement anticipation.  I mean, this is the "not engaged yet" forum on a wedding web site, I think.

Sorry.  I just happen to be one of the people who's posted recently about ring shopping, and I can't wait until the ring is ready, and I post those things here because I'm well aware that most other people, away from this board, don't really care.

While it's true that some engagement focused posts are to be expected, the general flow of this board has never been very heavy on it. I'd say maybe 30% rings/engagement hopes, and 70% fooling around and being silly. That's what the Molly misses, as do most of the regs.

Yeah, I've noticed the trend around here, and I get it.  I just don't think you can complain about people posting that stuff here.  Where else are we going to do it?

Hiya.  This board has gotten slow.  I feel like every time I post no one responds.  Oh well, I have other means of contacting my favorite ladies. But feel free to post because when I stop by I like to jump in.

Most of us are still around but not posting as much. I just started school up but beyond that I haven't been all that interested in reading much on here lately. The influx of crazy the last few weeks definitely kept me from staying up to date but I plan to stick around for awhile longer atleast.

OMG it's so awesome.  Al Pacino won the Best Actor for it.  A young Chris O'Donnel is Pacino's aid over Thanksgiving break because he is blind and needs help.  He takes him to NYC and on many adventures.  I can't even explain it though, it's just one of those movies that stick with you.

Hahaha! This post made me laugh.

Most of the regs are busy! Lots of us getting married, starting school, moving and having babies.

Don't worry, I miss old NEY too. You're not alone. : ) Fall is a busy time of year.

Just started school and my free time is quickly draining away.

Aside from school, I am: volunteering more than usual... which I need to get under control, working out for an hour each day 5 days a week, started a new job 15 hours a week, sending out a lot of emails for volunteer stuff, and spending time with my husband and cats.

I'm here. I can see, but not post off my phone. I've been moving, in training, changing jobs, planning a wedding and dealing with multiple deaths. And now I'm sick. So I'm keeping my germy hands to myself.

Yeah. That's right.  I'm bring this old post back.  I can do that sort of thing, since I'm a "regular".  So, if you don't like it....DEAL WITH IT.

I just HAD to say... NQB my #1 favorite movie in the entire world is.... SCENT OF A WOMAN!   It has always been my "go to movie".
