Happy Wednesday! What's on the agenda for working out/eating today?
I did a short three mile run this morning and my knee tightened up towards the end, but much better than before. Followed up with my strengthening exercises. Getting there!!
Yesterday, I had a salad for breakfast, turkey sandwich for lunch with POP chips and chicken nuggets and fries for dinner with a Mountain Dew.
What food is your biggest downfall? I have such a hard time with soda, but getting better. I've taught myself (for some reason) that I'll "reward" myself with it after a hard day. Ugh.

The thing that I can't resist is Peanut Butter...I love it! I really try to portion control when eating it. You would be surprised how far just one tbsp can go!
B - English muffin with PB (haha!)
L - Salad with veggies and left over london broil
D - Salmon, brown rice and broccoli
WO - meeting my friend at the gym for body pump/combat tonight!

Cathy – I know what you mean about pop tarts, I used to survive on those and Mellow Yellow in college. Ha. What flavor? I was hooked on strawberry.
Kimmy – I’ve had the beef stew from one of the Paleo websites you posted on our menu for a few weeks but it keeps getting pushed – I will make it one of these days!
