My fiancee and I would love to have a relaxing time away from all the stress together. I am a first year math teacher at an alternative high school and he does a lot of night shifts as a fiberoptic engineer. We don't get a lot of time together, and what time we do get has recently been spent having those big discussions that go along with planning a wedding...and house hunting at the same time! Thanks for the opportunity :)

We would love a chance to go to the SPA in NYC! My fiance and I have never been to NYC, and it would be a great chance to go there and relax. We have always wanted to visit NYC, but haven't had the opportunity to do so. We are on an extremely tight budget for our wedding, since we have to pay for it all on our own.

As our wedding is getting closer, the stress has increased for both of us. I recently had to propose and accept a decrease in pay in order to save the non-profit school I work for. I made a sacrifice for the students I love and their families. This has made it really hard for us, especially so close to our wedding. Having a day to ourselves to relax and not worry about everything would be heavenly!

This would be a great time to relax!! We have been under alot of stress planning this wedding. We have been together for almost 7 years and we are only 23 years old! He is my world and I would love more for him to receive this than me. He deserves it for putting up with me all the time, crying over stupid minor details and my anxiety of the big day. lus,  me and my fiancee have never gotten massages before so it would be incredible!

My fiance and I are busy NYC teachers commuting everyday from Long Island to work.

Just recently engaged, we are busy with our careers and trying to planf for our special day.  Even though our work day ends early, we spend hours in the car commuting and even more time planning at home.

We work hard on a daily basis and sometimes forget to take time for ourselves. Having this time to relax and be pampered sounds so dreamy and wonderful.

Thank you for offering such a great package to us, we really appreciate the opportunity :)

Wow,  this sounds so amazing!!  This would be so wonderful for my fiance and I.  We both live in Long Beach, NY.  He's originally from England.  Wedding planning for us has been a lot of fun, and we are trying not to stress, because we both realize this is the best time of our lives, but his entire family lives in England, a long with all of his friends.  At times my heart goes out to him, because I know it's hard not having anyone here.  Of course I'm here for him, and so is my wonderful, love supporting family, but a gift as wonderful as this one would really excite the both of us so much.  He also works a lot, sometimes 7 days a week.  We both actually work a lot, we're both business people, so work never really comes to a halt.  A day together as exciting as this sounds would truly be a dream come true for the both of us.

We both love NYC, we're getting married at Thalassa in Tribeca.  He appreciates NYC so much, espeically because he's from England.  I can't begin to tell you, how much this would mean to us.

As a curly haired girl I've been coveting an opp to go to DC for *years*. I just went to the salon for my first pro haircut in 6 years. I love the cut and Jonathan gave me great advice-- we're now discussing using him for the wedding (if we can afford to hire a stylist at all). After leaving and speaking with other curly girls, every curly girl I know is a DC devotee, and for good reason. I loved the salon and can only imagine the Deva Spa would be equally fabulous...

My bf and I are both self-employed (re no health insurance) artists and teachers. He's a composer and teaches high school music and voice lessons on the side. I'm a chef & food writer and teach healthy cooking to elementary students on the side. We've been together for 7 years and decided to get married before having children. We live in Astoria and are planning a Queens-centric affair on our own (NYC wedding, planned alone, are we NUTS?!). We got priced out of NYC pretty much the moment we started planning and have been turning to friends and vendors we know personally for support and deals for the 175 people (large families, local friends) we believe will be attending.

After all the parental and family stress, (likely) no money for a honeymoon-- not to mention our own perfectionism regarding food and music at the event with an extremely limited budget, it would be amazing to take a deep breath together and remember why exactly we put up with this city we love and all the amazing people and places in it!

We deserve this amazing day because we never get to spend our free time with each other.  I am a full-time teacher, going to grad school part-time, and volunteering on the weekends. He works full time and is in grad school as well.  This would be a perfect day to spend together and enjoy each other's company.

My fiance Charlie and I can really use a nice relaxing day at the spa. I am a 4th grade school teacher and he is a financial advisor.  We  just finished booking all of our venues and met with numerous Dj's and photographers and video to help enhance our big day.  I am so happy that Charlie wanted to be apart of the planning process with me. Most guys just want to show up the day of. Charlie has really been making an effort to come with me to meet the vendors and really put his input into our special day.  If we win- I would love to surprise him with this day of relaxation- I know he can use it  more than I can cause I have been making him crazy the last few nights with appointments.  I know its not the first thing he wants to do when he gets home from work- but he truly wants this day to be special for us. I would like to be able to show him how much I appreciate not only him but his thoughtfulness.  I wouldn't be able to do this with out him. He is the love of my life and I am so excited to marry him!

We deserve this spa giveaway because I am a full time graduate student and have been the entire time we have been engaged until the wedding. My fiance has been the sole provider for us and our 2 dogs and it has not been easy for either of us. He is ALWAYS working and I am ALWAYS doing school work. It would be great to be able to just forget about our responsibilities and just be able to relax and enjoy being engaged.  WE NEED THIS!

Me and my future husband would LOVE to be pampered at this amazing spa! We work 20 minutes from NYC and it would be an absolute treat to share a relaxing day together. We have both been so busy from work and wedding planning that we have not had a chance to relax and unwind in months. Since we are saving like crazy we would never be able to splurge on anything remotely close to being as romantic as this, it would truly make this amazing year leading up to our wedding even more memorable!

We love to give each other massages, maybe we could learn a thing or two from professionals and give our hands a rest :)!

    Thanks for the opportunity!!

I would love to win this package as a pre-wedding treat for myself and my devoted fiance.  Wedding planning has been very stressful and my life has not seemed to want to cooperate:)  Darrell has been working over 60 hours a week so even a few minutes that we can steal for ourselves is a treat.  Our wedding is completely DIY with a budget of less than $5000.00. Which means that I am almost constantly working on wedding items or brainstorming on how I can have my dream cheaper than anyone could imagine.  For example I really wanted these unique ring bearer pillows but they were $40 so bought throw pillows at a thrift store than cover them in cut up shirts that I inherited from my grandmother and attached her vintage earings at the center.  They turned out just as beautiful as the pillow I wanted but cost less than $5 for 2.  With that said it has been stressful and the fact that I am recovering from elbow surgery and a car accident hasn't made life easier.  If I win this it would mean at least one day before our wedding that we could just relax and be us.

    Hi,
This is an amazing give away! We would love to go to the spa! My FI and I have been saving like crazy for the wedding. We were doing great with the savings but then I recently lost my job and it has become VERY stressful for the both of us. We are keeping our spirits up because we both now it is worth it in the end because we will be husband and wife but it is still very hard. We are living paycheck to paycheck now and trying our best to save as much as we can and could really use a nice relaxing stress free day.

Hi Annie -- I would love to surprise my fiance, Pat, with this!

Just like most of the other people here, my fiance and I have been going wedding planning crazy lately.  Unlike most guys, Pat wants to be (extremely) involved in the wedding planning.  He went with me to more than 40 reception halls!  (I'm picky...)  And is very excited now that we have found the location!  He is just so supportive about everything.  I'm trying hard to compromise with my "dream" wedding and incorporate things that say "us" instead of "me."  (Which is harder than I thought it'd be...)

Pat is working a full-time job as a first grade teacher, doing an after school program, and is getting his Master's.  (He actually took on the after school program just to help us increase the budget to get us closer to the wedding we want.)  I'm working at a job that usually involves more than 45 hours a week.  Even on top of all that, we are still in full wedding planning mode and trying to save all of our money toward the wedding.  It'd be nice to have a special weekend getaway from the planning (and the Syracuse snow!).

There is no time for Eve and I to have our toes in the sand.  5 children and two jobs leaves no time for romantic luxuries.  Oh, a candle light dinner that includes tea lights and $1 microwave burritos is as good as it gets.  We make sure our children have plenty of memories and smiles and yes, it gives us smiles but also wrinkles.  Eve is my Lighthouse.  She guides me through the rough and makes it smoothe.  IT's time we have a bit of relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of things.

Having three children and three jobs there is no time for relaxation... I cannot remember the last time I had a massage.  I cant remember the last time I truely relaxed.  Every couple needs a little break from the events of life... Would love this more than anyone can imagine.... Thanks for the chance.
