How can I do up some poles for really inexpenisve? I am really stressing and not sure about the tulle that I wanted because it seems it is getting to be a lot of money for the tulle.

    We used different lengths of ribbon that matched our colors and let them blow in the wind.  We tied them to the top of the bamboo poles and bam...done!
