[QUOTE]Aw Steph, the kitty can't help that is has craptastic owners that didn't take proper care of it. Animals are not accountable for how people treat them. It's the people that are sucky in this situation.  <strong>Anna- Can you find the owners and spray them with a super soaker?</strong>

    <div>I like that idea better.</div><div>
</div><div>FTR>  I meant if it's truly a stray, never-been-owned cat.  If it can't survive a super soaker, it's not going to survive the winter anyway, ya know?</div><div>
</div><div>If it has been owned, it'll find it's way home anyway.  My mom's cat always escapes and runs around doing godknowswhat for about a week or so.  He always comes back though. Even in the dead of winter.</div>

I'd love to know who the owners are.  I'd love to have a talk with them about the legalities and responsibilities involved with pet ownership.
  • In my city it is illegal to let your cat outside. Do you have any laws like that?
Maybe get a picture of villian cat and make posters? Let the owners know you will be taking it to the shelter if they don't keep it inside.

we do have leash laws. to circumvent them, irresponsible owners send their cats out without collars and id.  That way if they do get picked up or injured, the pet can't be traced back to them.
  • I always thought that part of the movie was funny (after it was sad) as well. I'll never let go...oh wait, you're dead...hmmm I'll never let go OF MY LIFE!

I just had to give Demon a bath. She is no longer speaking to me lol.
  • Okay, why did Rose have to keep the whole door to herself? I love you, but not enough to scoot over slightly? What the hell Rose?

  • 1 hour until Halloween preparation time!
  • You will be bringing back pictures right? :D

  • Of course :) It's supposed to be in the high 60's tonight too, which should be perfect for Halloween (and my costume).
  • Guys. Rose just wanted the big ugly blue diamond all to herself. duh.
  • I also always wondered how the diamond stayed in her pocket. I mean, that's a lot of running, dropping, swimming, etc. H loses his cell phone all the time just by taking his coat off, yet the diamond stays put?

Well, if a dead guy I've only known for a few days is holding onto my hand, I'm letting the dude go. I don't care how great the sex is.

But yeah, I was also thinking, "move your fat ass ofer a few inches and let jack climb on."
  • But he is the love of her life Sesh, OF HER LIFE!!!

(Halloween makes me use caps a lot)
  • You guys are silly!

  • Shake Away Cat Repellent.  I use a related product to keep rabbits out of my garden, and it works fairly well.

  • I didn't even read through the rest of the posts... but I would not want a wild Siamese running around.  Those things are picky and difficult if they are domestic, but if he's an outdoor man, he'll be trouble.  I would call animal control next time you see him.

[QUOTE]Could you maybe call animal control and say the cat is acting strangely and you suspect may have a disease? I wouldn't want it to get put to sleep or anything, but if you at all imply rabies I would hope AC would want to do something about it.

Unfortunately, I think if you imply rabies, they have to kill the cat.  The only way to test for rabies is to take it's brain tissue, so if there's even a chance, they usually euthanize (or at least that is my experience).

Can you spray it with canned air?  I've found that it's way more effective than water.
