NWR: Bday gift ideas for 18 year old boy??

Any good ideas for 18th birthday gifts for a boy?

I was thinking money, but you all know me... if I'm giving money I'm going to need a creative way to do it - any ideas?

I usually hate doing gift cards but if I really can't think of anything, that's what I'll do.

My husband and all of our guy friends are pretty much into video games, so we seem to buy lots of video games for gifts.  Do you know if he's into video games?

He's actually not into video games at all.  He just bought his first car, but everything car-related is so damn expensive!  That's why I was thinking of cash, but I hate hate hate giving cash straight up... I like more exciting ways of giving it.

Gift card, or maybe something with a brand name that he can "show off" (t-shirt from a store/brand he likes where you can see the logo).

I remember feeling like hot shiit when I bought my first Aeropostale shirt, lmao. And what's funny is that I kept the shopping bag for months afterward to carry my gym clothes to school ... since all the other girls had bags from popular stores and I had a plastic bag and they actually teased me for it.

Maybe you could create a gift certificate for his first oil change? Or towards his first tune-up?

If he travels around the state/out of state, maybe sign him up for EZPass and put a certain amount of tolls on it?
