ouch that hurts....
So i'm just over 2 months to the wedding....and what happens? Plumbing problems!! $3500!!!! Have to replace pipes that have collapsed - it has been a crappy week (literally crappy lol) with the sewer drain backing up in the basement.
On a more entertaining note from the weekend - we went to a casino in Niagara Falls, and we sat down at an empty slot machine, and it had a ticket still in it for $100!! we looked around but no one came, so after a few minutes, we left - and we were excited for the found money! Fast forward a few hours, we were coming out of a show and a security guard approached me, asked for me by name and asked me if i had found $100 earlier in the evening!! The girl that left it there I guess reported that she lost it, and they used face recognition software to locate me in the casino! They said they decided to let me watch the show instead of calling me out of it!! I was totally freaked out by it - and that's kharma! If you find money leave it where it is!!! lol

I think they should have eaten the $100 in this case and just paid the other person out if the data and video backed up her story.

Oh my gosh, I just went to my first casino a couple of weeks ago and would have done the same as you- I mean it doesn't make sense that the casino would even reimburse her for her leaving her money laying around so why couldn't you keep it? Gosh guess that sounds bad but hey if I'm in a casino, I want money! lol
