Reasonably priced veils in Metro Detroit

I'm looking for bridal salons or someone (besides La Valle Bridal) that has reasonable priced veils. I found one at Victoria's bridal and have an appt there on Tuesday to try it on with my dress, it was 1 tier fingertip length for $170 w/ crystals along the edge.

I Do to was a bit pricey
Diane's Dream brides didn't have anything I liked
Elizabeth's bridal, they had one but the crystals were to small

Any other places ?

I ordered mine from www.occanseydesigns.com (I think some other girls have too) and they have been great so far to work with. Mine hasn't come in yet, but it's a 1-tier fingertip with pencil edging and crystals for about $90. You can basically ask them to design whatever you'd like and they have a lot of examples on their site. Doesn't sound like it would be ready in time for your appt, but just a suggestion. GL!

Try etsy.com I ordered from there and some of the sellers there are really inexpensive.

My Aunt made mine so I'm not much help other than to say DON'T buy at the bridal shop. They are waaaay overpriced. Tulle is very inexpensive, bridal shops make a killing off veils.

Before I knew I was getting mine made, I checked out etsy and prices are much more reasonable.

Page knottie Catsoy!  I purchased my veil from Taryn! It's beautiful, but I'm getting some things added to it! :) But page knottie Catsoy!

Davids Bridal has some nice, inexpensive veils. I did not get my dress there, but I went there to try on bridesmaids dresses for a friends wedding, and I spotted a veil that I liked for about $70. I ended up getting my veil at the bridal shop (Kray Chic in Novi) because the off-white color of my dress is hard to match. I spent a lot more than $70!

Depending on the complexity, this may be something your seamstress could do for a fraction of the cost...

Check out Bella Rose Bridal Boutique on Hayes in Shelby Township.  I purchased my birdcage veil from them and it was the best price I had seen.  Plus, they are happy to customize anything they can and their customer service is outstanding.
