okay I'm trying to straighten out my account. I've changed my colors under my account, also I've changed other aspects of my account too. like it's not a second wedding, it's not a catholic wedding. I save it after I uncheck these things, but they are still there after weeks of being changed. I'm trying to find out how to get it fixed. any ideas?

    It's just glitches and it's not unique to your account, it's site wide.  The IT department is nortoriously slow with fixing glitches so I wouldn't hold my breath about it getting fixed any time soon.
