The Insperation: Victorian Bustle Gowns

(however, we haven't done the fitting for the bustle yet)

Note: my mom has a lot of the skirt in her hand, the bottom of the dress is fuller then it looks in this pic

I LOVED the Maggie Sottero Reese gown for a flowy but blingy DW dress

But looked at the Alfred Angelo Jasmine and fell in love with it...no low plunge like the Maggie and VERY practical and reasonable with $

Well sister is still throwing the lovely tantrums, the rest of the family situation is so so. My parents did offer to pay for everything last week though, (FI and I were having personal problems and I think they felt sorry for me lol). Haven't taken them up on the offer and don't know if I will but I will definately update if I do.
And I am glad to be back. I really missed you guys. Three weeks of no knot was miserable.

My inspiration... ME! lol this dress is so me! The bes thing about it... is the fact that it has pockets! I'm a total jeans and t-shirt kinda girl... so to find a dress with pockets, and that's not super fancy or anything just made my day. This was the dress that I had said I HAD to find to try on.. and I found it.. tried it on (along with about 8-10 others) and loved this one! It was all I hoped it would be!

I really wanted something with a sweetheart neckline and ruffles. I originally wanted a mermaid gown, but I found one that is A-line with a dropped waist...and I fell in love!
