where should i go to get a good deal on a grey suit? what price is considered "good?"

    are you looking for suits or tuxes?

    we rented charcoal grey tuxes from savvi. i believe the boys all paid $140 or something like that, and then the grooms was free. if oyu're going the tux route, and you want to save money, there are "value" tuxes that are like $60 or something like that.

    for suits, it all depends on where you get them and what you're lookng for. i've seen grey suits from about $200 and up.

    i think the only thing we care about is that is grey! and preferably lightweight, because we are having an outdoor wedding in june.

    i can't answer about lightweight, since i wasn't wearing them. my guys were complaining outside but they complain about eveything.
    like i said, savvi has a charcoal grey, but MW has a lighter grey. prices are similar, i believe.

    King Tux Rentals in Kennesaw has a regular grey and a steel grey. The price is all-inclusive, which means that fashionable (they don't look like rental) shoes come with the tux. The price is $150.

     


    Also, I don't know about the weight, having never worn one! I called. With everything included, the price at Savvi is about 180 and the price at Men's Wearhouse is 165-170. Everybody has the same free groom offer, I think.

    actually, the free groom thing is a little different. at MW, you have to have 5 paid rentals and then the 6th is free. at savvi, you can have one less- the 5th is free. i made sure of that before we rented, because we only had 4 GM and the dad's weren't renting.

    Celebrate Tuxedos in Peachtree City is currently running a special of a black tux for $75 or add your own choice of color vest/tie for $90.  And these prices included shoes!

    Their other color tuxes run $90-$120 and these are not cheap tuxes -- all well known name brands plus their service is wonderful!  No pressure -- just wanted us to have the best tux at the best price.

    AND had other specials like groom and ring bearers got their tuxes for free, etc.
