Help us pick our hors d'oeuvres

FI and I have our whole menu figured out but we can't decide which of the passed hors d'oeuvres options to go with!  To help give you an idea what else we're having I'll first give you our menu, then give the options!  (FYI, we're doing buffet-style so that's why there's things like three salads.)

Stationed Hors d'oeuvres: Crudites Vegetables with Dip & International Cheese Display with Crackers and Mustards
Salads: Tossed Green Salad, Fresh Mixed Fruit Salad, Antipasto Tray
Hand-Carved Selection: Sliced Sirloin of Beef Bordelaise
Entrees: Baked Stuffed Chicken Breast and Grilled Salmon with a Pesto Cream Sauce
Side Dishes: Roasted Baby Red Potatoes and Vegetable Medley

Now for the passed hors d'oeuvres options - please pick two:
1) Hibachi Beef
2) Swedish Meatballs
3) Scallops wrapped in Bacon
4) Assortment of Petite Quiche
5) Brie and Raspberry wrapped in Phyllo
6) Asparagus and Asiago wrapped in Phyllo
7) Feta and Spinach Stuffed Mushroom Caps
8) Coconut Chicken Medallions with Pina Colada Dipping Sauce

Any explanations or further advice is always welcome!!!  Thanks everyone!

I'm not much on Brie or Spinach so I'd go with beef or chicken but I'm more a plain gal...just me.

I wouldn't go with the brie since you have a cheese display. I think the scallops and mushroom caps sound amazing!

I would go with the mini quiche and brie wrapped in phyllo
but if you don't want cheese like PP said, my next choice would be scallops

I love brie in phyllo, and the beef sounds yummy.  I'd avoid the swedish meatballs--sounds like a disaster waiting to happen in terms of spillage potential.  I'd make sure you pick something vegetarian (if you don't get the brie), like the asparagus or stuffed mushrooms.  I'm not a fan of scallops wrapped in bacon, personally, but they're popular, so that might work, soo.

Your menu sounds pretty rich so I'd suggest something light, such as the asparagus or mushrooms and definitely the scallops. Cooked well, they can be the perfect addition to any meal.

**My wedding is strickly hors d'oeuvres,  five or six to be filling, plus the international cheeses as you mentioned and a wide variety of fruit. I attended a wedding recently with an all-hors d'oeuvres menu and loved the idea! Plus my wedding will be outside in September in Central California, so keeping the menu light and refreshing while still filling and yummy is my ultimte goal. Best of luck to you and all other brides!
Best wishes to you all! :)

I would definitely go with Assortment of Petite Quiche and Asparagus and Asiago wrapped in Phyllo. Those both sound amazing!

Personally I would eat the heck out of some Scallops and Mushrooms; however it's about 50/50 on mushrooms. You either love them or loathe them. I would go with Scallops and Chicken
