Tuesday Accountability

Is it just me or is it terribly harder to wake up this week? Daylight savings is kicking my butt!

B: Chocolate milk, oatmeal with dried blueberries
S: Light babybel cheese, apple and a TBSP peanut butter
L: Shrimp with mango avocado couscous
D: Turkey tacos


E: 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weights

It's really helping me to track all of my meals at the beginning of the day. If I have all my calories laid out before me, it makes me much more likely to follow it.

  • Kelsey, I plan all my meals in the morning as well and it helps keep me on track. If I fly by the seat of my pants, I am not as well behaved with my food.
