When any of my friends call, I have a bad habit of answering the phone with "What up, G?" instead of hello.

I call my friend Greg "GREGGERS" and I'm usually shouting it at him in a really obnoxious voice. I can't believe he's still friends with me.

I'm not moose, but when we play, it's more by character names. Most of our guildies have more than 1 toon, so we just refer to them by their main character. Most of DH's toons start with 'consul', so he's known as cons in game.

I call my sister Angela "Sha". When my brother was little he couldn't say her full name, so he called her Sha, and it stuck. I was "ShaSho," then "Sho," and now "D" (sort for Danielle)

My nieces and nephews are all Monkey or Baby. I don't know how they know which Monkey I'm calling, but somehow they do.

My best friend is Chrissy-Tina, but when she's drunk she becomes Fun-Tina. Otherwise all of my other friends are called a shortened version of their name.

My FI is Handsome or Babe, and I'm Gorgeous or Babe or Dun-elle-ee.

When my FI is hanging out with all of his friends, he gets confused on all their names (long story). So if he remembers one name, but can't remember any of the others, he uses that name plus a characteristic. For example:
Ben is a name of a friend.
Tall Ben is actually Ben, but he's really tall.
Black Ben is our African American friend Dwight
Hawaiian Ben is our Hawaiian friend Bubba, who is really named Arturo.
Short Ben is our friend Brad
Ben with the long hair is our friend Jason
White Ben is our friend Rick.
Rich Ben is our friend Deven.

I call my bestie Rhonda, Ron Jovi. Although, because I let my BMs choose their dresses and hers is a deep red, now she's Ron Burgundy.
