I flame the Bank that owns the house we are buying. The agent re-wrote the ridiculous 30 page addendum to our contract so it would be "neat" when we signed our final deal. I went through page by page making sure everything was exactly the same before we signed.

Yeah, I missed one word.. one very important word that they very shadily left out which will cost us about $2k.

We're still in option so we can still back out...but I'm so fuming mad right now I could burst.

I just finished watching "The Great Outdoors" (old John Candy movie) and am now watching "Raising Arizona" (one of the first movies the Coen brothers ever did). It's on Encore Love. Please tell me why these two movies should be on this channel. I also have an issue with ABC Family Channel: they used to show "Sleeping with the Enemy" and "Blazing Saddles". I actually like all those movies. However, they aren't really showing movies that go along with their theme.

Haha, no need to be sorry :) I'm kinda glad i can see my babies anyways up here lol. And i can't WAIT for Fogo. Omg, i'm totally craving their Parmesan cheese encrusted pork loin, and their pão de queijo, garlic mashed potatoes and caramelized bananas.

OMG it's SO delicious...<u>however</u> super expensive. For lunch it's $32.50 pp, dinner its $48.50 pp....you can just do their salad bar which is $19.50pp for lunch and $24.50pp for dinner. But their meat is the reason to go.

The way it works, is you sit down, they bring you side dishes, drinks and a card...one side of the card is green, the other is red. Chefs are walking around with these huge things of meat, and if they see your card is green, they ask you if you want what ever they have, and different chefs are running around with different meats. And they will all ask you if you want what they have until you say no or turn your card to the red side. It's SO much fun, AND delicious. Its an endless buffet of sides, and meat, and you never have to get up from your seat! lol

I actually just go for the salad bar, it's amazing! Cured meats, really good cheeses, all different kinds of salads. Plus you get all the sides and stuff too. But I'm not a big meat eater, and I can't really even eat my money's worth on the salad bar alone, so it would be a big waste for me to get the meat too.

I came home for lunch and DH says, "It smells like coffee" and I found the coffee pot plugged in and 'on'. I had to go turn it off before DH saw it (he's anal about having things unplugged, can you imagine something plugged in and "on" when no one is at home?) and I need to remind my grandma to turn things off. I also hid our dirty laundry so she wouldn't do it. I hope my eyes don't get stuck in the side eyed position this weekend from giving my husband looks when she does something really odd.

Does anybody else that has XM radio listen to Cosmo Radio? I love that their version of FFF is called 'What yo beef is?' on the afternoon show.

Dont worry Stephie I am not yet an OMH but give me 3 months and I will be and I have a feeling that while I wont be on here as frequently I will continue to check in on a weekly basis for probably quite some time. I will however blog stalk wedding blogs on a daily basis for probably years to come.

I will admit that the last 2 weeks or so the lack of weddings on blogs has made me a little sad. :( I am happy now that they are back.

Shortgirl--hee, I would LOVE to get into the wedding business! Unfortunately, you have to start at the bottom and work up and I make too much doing what I'm doing. Plus, although I think I did pretty good on my wedding, it could be that I would make a complete mess of someone else's. I'll just continue to love them from afar.

YAY what a great way to start off my weekend!

Thanks to Ahrbear7, I have been inspired to possibly do the wedding at Lone Oak Winery. It's beautiful! and the coordinator is super nice, and VERY informative, unlike my last experience. Can't promise that's where it's going to be, but at least I start off my weekend with a lead!

Not only is it going to be $1,000+ under the budget that I had set aside for the Tribute, but we will be able to provide ALL the alcohol versus, some or none! YAY

And thanks to Lacey for posting the newbies thread
