What are your feelings on Tyra Banks? ambivalent...she's just another female celeb as far as I'm concerned
Do you now every single friend you have on facebook? in some capacity, yes...whether it's online friends I've had for years or family members
What is one thing you did in wedding planning to save money? making my own cake
Did/does your wedding have a theme? Black and Gold/Steelers-type theme...we're both die-hard Steelers fans and we live in Pittsburgh, so it seemed appropriate

What are your feelings on Tyra Banks? Eh...I like watching ANTM with my sister, but at the same time, I feel like Tyra's a little full of herself.

Do you now every single friend you have on facebook? I'd say like 99% of them.

What is one thing you did in wedding planning to save money? Friday wedding date. Cut our venue cost by 50%

Did/does your wedding have a theme? We're getting married on Bonfire Night, which is a British holiday. We're not really "themeing" it that much, but we are doing little touches here and there to stress it.

What are your feelings on Tyra Banks? She is so lame I can bearly handle looking at her, let alone listening to her. How is it possible that everything can be about her, even when it's about somebody else? So. freaking. annoying.

Do you know every single friend you have on facebook? As far as I know. Now, the sites that I've "fanned" or "liked" are a different story.

What is one thing you did in wedding planning to save money? We switched our reception location. We had originally chosen a pretty swanky chain hotel, but got cold feet about the hefty pricetag. It was a huge mess breaking our original contract, but now we're happily having our reception at a locally owned venue. My consumer conscience and bank account are happy.

Did/does your wedding have a theme? It's loosely based on comic books. Our colors are black and white with fabulous bright accent colors...and our cake topper bride and groom are wearing capes and masks. But that's as cheesy as I would go with the "theme."

I don't really have any. I don't dislike her but Im not her biggest fan either.

Yes, I have met them all in real life
EDIT: except for my knottie friends from my month and local boards.

What is one thing you did in wedding planning to save money?
We bought all of our place settings on clearance at Target for about the same cost as renting. Then we can sell them later and recoup some cost.

And we got a student photographer for less than half of the discount packages we saw for the pros in town.

Tyra Banks? Annoying and stuck on herself. She thinks she is the best thing to grace this earth...barf.

Friends on Facebook? Yes, but that wasn't always the case. I used to be a bartender and my customers would friend me (everyone wants to know the bartender). I knew what they liked to drink but I really didn't know them. I cleaned my friend list a few months ago. Now I know everyone on there.

Saving Money? I designed my own invitations and had them printed. I picked them up last week and they are great! I'm also printing my own table numbers, place cards, etc. This is good because i'm 105 people over what I need on my guest list.

Wedding Theme? Yes, Me! Just kidding...i'm not that girl.

Do you know every single friend you have on facebook? 99% yes.

What is one thing you did in wedding planning to save money? We are havign a Saturday daytime reception as opposed to a Saturday night reception. The difference in cost for day vs. night at our venue is pretty significant!

Did/does your wedding have a theme? "We're getting married." haha - other than that, nope.

What are your feelings on Tyra Banks? I have no feelings, I could take or leave her.

Do you know every single friend you have on facebook? No, I'm friends with a lot of sheltie owners/breeders of whom I've never met. Other then that, yes.

What is one thing you did in wedding planning to save money? We really didn't. We were both very lucky to have the money to buy a house and just go with it. We didn't budget, we just looked at prices and picked good values for what we were getting. Getting married in the winter helped with prices too. We were also blessed to have my parents pay for the Per Person cost at the reception, and were only in charge of paying for all our vendors and honeymoon. We would have had to budget if we had to pay the 14k for the food/alcohol at the reception.

Did/does your wedding have a theme? Winter and Blue. Everything on me was lace, pearls, or blue...

What are your feelings on Tyra Banks? Good businesswoman, and it's great that she took control over her career rather than just being another nameless model.

Do you now every single friend you have on facebook? I don't accept people I have no connection with or who are just friends of friends, but I definitely have people that I've met once...been thinking about cleaning it up, actually.

What is one thing you did in wedding planning to save money? Got married in Chile! Our wedding would have been 3x as expensive in the SF Bay Area. We also didn't have a dessert buffet (common here) or favors.

Did/does your wedding have a theme? Nope.

I believe so. I clean it out every couple months. I don't friend request many people, most friend me or are suggested. If you friend me and then never update your status or respond to my 'hey, how are you doing?' then I usually delete you. I don't need numbers.

What is one thing you did in wedding planning to save money?
I will do my own flowers.

Did/does your wedding have a theme?
Not really a theme, but more on the country side of things. Not backwoods or redneck though!

Used our own cameras and video cameras for photography. Our entire wedding was pretty much finding ways to save money so we did everything as cheap as possible (cooked our own food, decorated ourselves, did our own flowers, etc).

Did/does your wedding have a theme?
Yes, ours was based on our Cherokee/Native American ancestry. Our colors (blue and white) represented the sacred directions/medicine wheel, as well as reflected the meaning of the blanket ceremony.

What are your feelings on Tyra Banks? She bugs me, but I usually just avoid her on t.v., so I don't have really strong feelings towards her.

Do you now every single friend you have on facebook? Probably not...I'm kind of a FB whore. I at least know who they are, though, even if I've never actually met them. I should probably purge.

What is one thing you did in wedding planning to save money? We're not too far yet, but having it on a Sunday has been great. We're also getting a family friend to do our flowers, and we'll probably end up DIY-ing programs/invites/favors.

I didn't get too into the details. We kept it at bare minimum when it came to decorations because the venue was beautiful all on its own.

What are your feelings on Tyra Banks? She makes for good Soup. Some of the nonsense that comes out of her mouth is unreal.

Do you now every single friend you have on facebook? Not really. There are a few people that added me through Farmville (the shame!), and a couple who I still can't figure out how I know. I might be related to a couple of them. I tend to hide rather than unfriend.

What is one thing you did in wedding planning to save money? Biggest would probably be cutting the guest list from 175 to 40 and moving from Yosemite to Vegas. Also did a ton of DIY.

Did/does your wedding have a theme? We started out with a full-blown Old Hollywood theme that got pretty drastically scaled back. I did carry a filmstrip motif throughout the decor, but that ended up being about it.

What are your feelings on Tyra Banks? Couldn't really care either way.
Do you now every single friend you have on facebook? I know who they are, and the only ones I haven't met IRL are my Knottie friends.
What is one thing you did in wedding planning to save money? We're making all of our own attire. My dress, MOH's dress, FI's outfit and BM's outfit. We're also DIY our epics, and having an afternoon wedding so we don't have to cater a full meal.
Did/does your wedding have a theme? Yes! Elizabethan! We're getting married at a Ren Faire, and it's hard to NOT have a theme! Our BM is excited that he gets to carry a sword.

I'm sorta fascinated. In that how is it possible to be so narcissistic? It's really mind boggling. I would love to be able to have every conversation come back to me, regardless of what it is. That's has got to be almost a super power.

Have the wedding at our home.

I don't know much about her but I like that she called those people out for saying she was fat.

I do, I won't except anyone I don't know in real life.

What is one thing you did in wedding planning to save money?

I went with lantern centerpieces instead of floral centerpieces and they were a huge hit, people were begging to take them home at the end of the night.

Did/does your wedding have a theme?
Not really a theme but I wanted it to look very elegant. It turned out looking exactly as I had hoped, even DH was speechless about how nice it all came together.
