Alterations?

Hi all - Wondering if anyone has suggestions for local seamstress for alterations. I'm in Portland, ME. I'm hoping to not spend a fortune!

Also - anyone have an estimate of how much it costs to change a straight strapless top to sweetheart? I know it depends on the dress, but I'm just looking for a ballpark estimate.

Here are three that were recommended to me by Andrea's Bridal. I'm using Sarah Michniewcz, and she's been great so far! She's located right in the One City Center building, but be sure to book her early. I heard that last year, she was booked up for the summer by February.
