  I think it depends on your guestlist, how many people do you have coming? And how big are your registries at BBB and Kohls? I wouldn't think a whole lot of it if it were me. Especially if there are only a couple of things you want at Target.... I guess in that case, maybe you would feel more comfortable making an amazon registry and adding the few things from Target, that way you don't have to go through the actual store. That way it is like an online option as opposed to another store.

  We registered at two stores (BB&B and C&B) but that's only because we found everything we envisioned registering for in those two stores. We originally wanted three (W&S) but found that most of what we wanted to register for, we were able to find at the other two stores. I don't think three comes off as greedy at all, it gives your guests choices which is a good thing - especially if your registries at the two stores are smaller.

  We've registered at 4 places...BB&B, C&B, Macy's and Amazon.  I know it's a lot but I wanted store options for people and I know there's no C&B around a lot of my guests and Amazon is obviously online.  Most of our items are at BB&B.  I think three places is fine.

  We are registering at three places. Macy's. BB&B, and Target. Last year my Cousin got married and they only had two registries, I remember a lot of people saying that they wish there was one more registry because there is more of a choice for what they can get. My friend who is getting married next Saturday has 3 registries, and no one has said a word to her about being greedy, she has actually had people tell her that they like that there are more options.

  We registered at two, Sur la Table and Target. Honestly, I've found being registered at Target so frustrating (their website is very glitchy) and would not recommend it. I wish we'd done BB&B instead.

  We registered at 3 - Crate and Barrel, Macy's and BBB.   The 3rd was Macy's, since we really liked their towels and some other random items better than what we could find at the other 2 places.   We have most of the guests coming from IL, WI and MN so it gives a good variety.  I think it's up to you - I certainly have never thought anyone was greedy for registering at multiple places.   I actually appreciate it so that I can shop around and get something nice for a good price.

  Thanks ladies for the input! I really appreciate it and think i'm going to go ahead and register at Target as well (my other two registries really are not the big either) so I think it makes sense.
