Recommendations for Ceremony Musicians?

FI and I are FINALLY getting around to planning our church (Lutheran) ceremony.

Did anyone have any ceremony musicians they'd recommend? We're not sure what instruments and/or vocals we're looking for, so we're open to anything!

If you could also let me know how many songs/hours you got and how much you paid - I have no idea how to budget this!

Thanks!

Bella Musica is a duet of violin and piano.  They are awesome and inexpensive.  They're young but have been playing their instruments for YEARS.  They sound great.  We are paying $300 for 1 hour and 1/2 of our prelude to postlude ceremony.  That's about 12 songs during the entire ceremony from prelude (15 minutes) to postlude (15 minutes).

I used Jason Craft for playing the piano at my ceremony and reception.  He was VERY decently priced and was AMAZING!  I barely had to provide any direction as once I told him what we were looking for he took care of the rest of the details.  I would highly recommend him.  Let me know if you want his contact info.

I would check with local college music departments.  A lot of tiems they can recommend or give a list of students or music majors who play at weddings.  They will sound just as great as a professional without the price of one.
