Ganster/1920's era reception theme ideas

I am trying to come up with a theme or color palette for our wedding. We are getting married in my hometown, Hot Springs. It is a historic little town and use to serve as Al Capone's hideout. My future husband loves gangster history and I happen to love the Roaring 20's era. I do not want our reception to resemble a "speakeasy" but am just trying to get ideas for this theme. Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Cigar rolling bar, or cigars as favors. Maybe a dress up photobooth, with flapper dresses and bowler hats. One of those old cars to leave in (I have no idea what they are called...suicide?) red black and white color scheme. Prison bars and a baseball (jk) I dunno... but I really like your idea!!

There is a "Retro and Vintage Weddings" board over on the left under Theme Boards - the ladies over there might have some ideas. I always find Google Image searches helpful as well, because they often lead to websites with ideas.
