Recommend a wedding officiant?

Looking for our officiant, I inquired when we first got engaged and a guy I spoke with  ended up being super rude to me about not wanting to meet and book him like 8 months in advance.

I am just looking for recommendations.

Non religious, someone flexible to let us write our own vows..
