Lose 1 pound, work out 3-4 times, remove and replace something from my diet. ex: remove soda and replace with water

Soda, red meat, snacks, candy, fast food, fried food

I'm not drinking anything with calories except for alcohol and coffee. I am ADDICTED to soda, so I have been drinking diet and water when I crave it. It has been 2 months..yay!
What is your overall goal?
Lose 20 pounds, feel better, look good in my wedding pictures, be happier
