Fall Boot Craving

I'm craving a new pair of boots for fall since my current ones are on their last leg. Anyone else craving new boots? Give me some inspiration!

I bought some from gojane last year upon ricks inspiration (she bought htem and I copied her) and I cant wait to wear them again. I want to buy some more.

Im a cheapskate so I dont like spending lots of money on footwear.
  • i'm still trying to figure out how to wear these:

but I should get on some boot shopping soon

I don't either but at the same time with boots I want something that's going to last and not fall apart right away. So I'm willing to spend a little more. My current  boots I got at a Nine West outlet and have had them since I was 18.

  • I've already started looking for boots--I like to go early, when the selection is best.  OF course, that's also when the prices are the highest, so that sucks.

I love NineWest everything, but I've been looking on Zappos lately.

They might still be on the pricey side (between $30-$70) BUT NineWest is a really good brand so it's worth it. (To me at least) I also have large feet (size 11) and find they have a great selection in my size.

  • The NineWest outlet is the best.  They send email coupons all the time, too.

I have size 10 feet so I know how you feel, though mine are wide as well so I normally have trouble finding shoes that arent uncomfortable for a decent price.

I just love outlets in general. LOL. Banana Republic, Coach, NineWest, etc.

  • I have a great pair of boots from Aldo I got 2 years ago when my little sister was working there (50% discount!).  I am trying to find a similar pair but they are black suede and kind of slouchy so you can wear skinny jeans tucked into them or with the pant leg over them.

Wait, Tony's, $30-$70?  The boots at the outlet by me are like $80-100.  WTF?!?

ETA: I hate where I live.

    Sack boots anyone??

I found a pair especially for cew.

They looked very similar to this but because they are suede they aren't as stiff.  They also were not that expensive even at full price I think they were $120 and I got them for $60.
  • Now I am looking at all the boots at Aldo and I wish my sister still worked there.  I don't really have to worry about boots until November though, I was still going to the pool over Columbus Day weekend last year.

Ugh.  The reg shoes are about those prices, sometimes a little less, but boots are always about $70-120.  I've never seen any above $120.  That's why I wait till I get a coupon :)

    NJ sucks.

I want dildo boots so I can ptu a literal twist on "my foot up your asss".

Those shoes have apparently been worn before, so someone has actually used the dildo shoes before. It woudl take a lot of balls to walk around in public with those on (haha get it)

The whole idea of them is awesome.  I think they would bring a sense of poetic justice to my life.
  • LMAO! Does it say where they were made? Not being a New Yorker that seems very New York to me but that just may be my ignorance.

I think cowboy boots are so cute with wedding dresses - rach wore boots of some kind during her TTD shoot (im pretty sure thats where) but I dont know how often you really see them.

I LOVE her TTD the dress pics. I'm not really comfotable in heels so boots seemed like the logical choice for me, they are also going to be my something blue and I'll wear them like crazy afterwards and thats my personality. When I order them they are going to stay at my FMIL's house so I'm not tempted to wear them before hand.

I think if you did skinny jeans and a solid fitted tee on top it would look nice.

  • I bought two pairs of boots last year so I think I might have to give myself the stinkeye if I bought a third any time soon.  Although, I do have grey and black but no brown pair...
  • I'd say go for the brown too Kim!
