  Since it's the tail end of prom season, a lot of stores will have coloured shoes on sale.  Try Browns, Town Shoes, Le Chateau (a surprising number of cute shoes), etc.  I've seen lots of pink ones!

  Try Sears ... I bought a pair of fuschia satin heels their for my wedding. They were reasonable too $35.00. Towne Shoes had the exact same ones except they said Barbie on the sole for over a hundred.

  Victoria secret mails to canada.  One of my shoes had a little scuff mark so i phoned their customer service - it was the only pair left in my size so i said that was fine i would keep them and they sent me a gift card for $25 and some body spray for my understanding.....great service for canadians!!
