All great advice. I'm working on updating my lists as well. Sometimes, I just feel like I'm the only one who gives a damn. FI is just like it's going to be fine, chill. But, he doesn't understand the work that I've put into it. You guys have really given me some much needed perspective.

I had a total meltdown the night before the wedding. I screamed at poor H and he had no idea why I was upset. And I had a coordinator to keep everything organized, so there was really no reason why I freaked out. I think it was just nerves.

Leading up to the trip though, I kept a checklist of everything that I had to get done and it worked out well for me.

Ive not read any responses but I did all of the planning for the wedding with no help from anyone else, the only thing I got help on was choosing wine (my bridesmaid did that for me, since I hate wine). I kept a notebook with every aspect of the wedding organized in it, with lists of things to do and places I needed to go. I honestly had no issues with my vision or getting things done, but im an organizational freak. I thrive on that kind of crap. I kept folders on my computer of exactly what I wanted things to look like, what I was using and able to access it easily. I have control issues so I didnt WANT anyone else doing the work, so i enjoyed being on my own.The only time I really freaked out was the day before the wedding, when I got to the reception site and found out my cake still hadnt been made yet and the owner was no where to be found and I lost it on some guy making icing for the cake because I was certain it was going to be completely screwed up (ie not to my specifications). In the end, it wasnt, but there was an edible cake available on the wedding day so at that point I didnt care.
