Hi --

I have learned so much reading the forums & articles on the knot....I'm going away with my family and wanted to bring along some wedding magazines to browse.....any recommendations or non recommendations for helpfu//good magazines?

Brides is great and I really love that one of my girls got me a year subsciption.. saves so much money.

I live by the Martha Steward Wedding mag if you want to do some DIY stuff, but it is a every 3 month mag.

I lived on the knot nj magazine, but after you get your reception/major vendors, it is mostly ads.

I whittled down my magazine into a 6 page collage..saves so much room.

I found that most of the content in Martha Stewart Weddings was already online.

I got a few ideas from (201) Bride, but they also give their subscriber contact info out, so after I filled out the online form to get thier latest issue since I'm still figuring a few things out, I got a whole bunch of "Congratulations on your engagement" e-mails and I had to unsubscribe from lists and e-mail people back saying I had my vendors already.

Hi Ladies!

I just was out running errands and took your suggestions for magazines....There is a Borders near me that hasn't closed yet so I went there --- all of their mags are 40% off!!!!

Anyone else looking to pic up some magazines --- shop there first! The store by me still had a solid supply of bridal magazines and I was really excited.
