I've joined a gym close to my work which specializes in group classes and I love it.  However, on the weekends I find I'm not motivated to drive 30 minutes each way (lame excuse, I know).  I read some great things about 30 day shred on this board, so I think I'm going to do that on weekends and weeknights when I have to be home early.  It came in yesterday, so this morning is going to be my first shot!  Wish me luck!
