Monday Check In - Weekend Recap!

Hey ladies!  How were your weekends?  Get anything WR/NWR completed?

WR:  I got all of our gifts for the WP, parents & helpers wrapped up & ready to go!  Also, got our wedding room a little more organized & made reception & church boxes, so hopefully we don't forget anything!  = )

NWR:  On Sunday I did ABSOLUTELY nothing wedding related, & it was fabulous!!  I haven't had a day like that in months!  I read my book, got a massage & relaxed... AH. MAZE. ING.

There really isn't much left for us to do, but I'm feeling a little stressed because I don't have much to do.  It's kinda weird!  I do keep daydreaming about the wedding day though & I'm getting SOOO excited!!  = )

    WR: We took our E-pics on Sunday. I  cannot wait to see how they turned out. An hour and a half and she went throught 2 and half memory cards there better be some good ones!  This got me more excited for all the rest of the wedding planning to start, we are a little over a year away and I cannot believe it!

    NWR- FI and a bunch of friends went out Friday night and watched a Beatles tribute band they were awesome!  Went to my FSIL's bridal shower on Saturday, followed that up with cutting and coloring my mother's hair.  And ended the weekend with a stop to see my grandparent's it was a great weekend all in all!

    WR: Sent the invitations out in the mail and I am so happy!!! 

    NWR: Attended a bridal shower for bestie in my hometown on Saturday.  Then on Sunday, we had our godchild's first birthday party.  It was a really fun weekend of celebrating!!!

    WR: Started working on the Rack Cards/Programs this weekend, almost done and ready to order. Went to Nautica outlet and got FI a couple pairs of swimming trunks for 12$ each for the honeymoon. Bought the 2 needed piano songs for the ceremony, still need to send it to pianist.

    NWR: Started painting the trim in the downstairs white. Plan is to go little by little and it will look great once it is finished. My weekend in general was super relaxing. Now I have a bunch I want to get done today so the next couple of days are not so hectic as I prep for San Diego (holy crap how is it already time to go there? Time is flying!)

    WR: Nothing this weekend.

    NWR: Got everything ready to get back to classes today. :/ And I officially swtiched my position at work from mornings assistant to evenings assistant.  Which is exciting for me to not have to work mornings at all this school year. :)

    WR: Entered all of the RSVP information that I have currently into my excel file. Also made a few signs for the church (reserved for family) and then bridal suite door hangers!

    NWR: We stayed down in the cities Thursday - Friday with my FFIL/FMIL and had dinner with FI's grandma on Friday night drove home that night then was up at 4am to help my mom with her craft business on Saturday... that blew my entire day! Sunday was my nephew's 1st birthday so we spent the day celebrating with friends & family!

    This week I need to start getting things done... I've been a bit lazy in the wedding department lately!

    WR: Nothing much.. I moved back to college this weekend. But, I do plan on getting the hotel blocks aquared away this week, and sending in the deposit to Tami at Muddy Paws :)

    NWR: Moved back to the apartment in Mankato, and re-decorated my room with all of the e-pics :) And now I'm getting back into the swing of things with classes.

    WR: Had my bachelorette party on Saturday! It was a blast! We did a winery tour and two wine tastings in Stillwater and then the dinner boat cruise on the St. Croix followed by bar hopping and dancing. It all came at just the right time as I had been so incredibly stressed out last week. I can't wait to get pictures back from my girlfriends!

    NWR: Took Sunday off from wedding stuff to recover and spend some time with my parents. I took a long bike ride with my dad and played a round of golf with both parents. I was glad I was able to be out enjoying the beautiful weather instead of stuck inside doing wedding stuff.

    WR:  Nothing this weekend, but FI and I are meeting with another potential photog tonight.

    NWR:  My cousin was in town all weekend, so we pretty much ran around the cities and had a great time.  Another plus side to her visiting was that we got the entire basement cleaned up and the guest room set up.  Our place looks so great right now!
