Help, need cost estimates

We are trying to plan an outdoor 2012 wedding in the Durham , Pittsboro area. Would anyone share their costs from recent weddings for the photographer, florist, wedding co-ordinator and possible wedding/reception vendors( and names if recommended). Thanks so much we are trying to figure out our budget for a wedding with 80 guests.

I'm getting married in the OBX so I can't be of much help to you with area Durham venues BUT we are (hopefully!!) booking our photographer next week and I believe she's in the Durham/Chapel Hill area and she's amazing and so reasonably priced. I found her through other referrals here on the boards. Love theknot message boards!

    Venue - Snipes Farm $2000
    Cake - Nantucket $220
    Bridal Hair - Aveada $45
    Bridesmaids hair - Aveada $25/each
Rehearsal dinner - Daniel's $845 ( food for 40 people delivered to the hotel)
Reception - Thrills from the Grill $5700
Ceremony music (violin and guitar)  $300
Day of Cordinator - Isabel Moss $250
Transportation - Carolina Livery  $483 for a 35 passenger bus for 4 or 6 hours of service

Flowers were done by Chapel Hill Florist - amazing to work with
    Bride Bouquet - $100
    Bridesmaids Bouqets - $195 for 3
    Groom and GM (3) Bouts - $50
Additional bouts and corsages - $72.50

Invitations were ordered from David's Bridal. I think we ordered around 175 or so...$175 and spent $75 in postage

    Our money savers -
BM's and I did the centerpieces ourselves. We got the flowers from Fresh Market. I maybe spent around $200.
We used friends as photographers. We paid each of them $300 as a thank you.
Used an iPod for the music.
Sent STD's as a PDF by email.
    Neighbor took our engagement pictures.
BM's and I made the programs.
We supplied the beer, wine, and jello shots for the rehearsal dinner and wedding.

Total spent was around $15,000 which includes my dress, 3 BM dresses, 3 flowergirl dresses, suit for DH, and dresses for my sisters who walked me down the aisle.
