    I have one of the DVD's from my boss. I've done it once before. It's crazy - but in a good way. I think I'm going to do that tonight so I can cook dinner at the same time. If not, I"ll hve to go to the gym and we won't be eating until really late.

  • Chelsea, Insanity is sooo amazing. I have the whole program, and I was in pretty good shape before I started. It kicks my butt. I have seen great improvement in muscle tone since I started it last month. It's enjoyable but NOT EASY. I love it.

  • Chelsea, I have done the first 30 days of insanity before and loved it. It was a great cardio workout. I did notice I was so hungry and ate a lot when doing it. That being said the scale never budged during the entire 30 days, I don't think I lost any fat doing it but I saw a definite improvement in endurance and muscle. If I were to do it again (which I am considering) I would more closely monitor my food intake b/c I think that was the main reason for not losing weight b/c I felt constantly hungry!
