Personalized Hangers??

Does anyone know where I can get or how I can make these? I saw it in someone's wedding photos. She had her wedding dress on a hanger that said Mrs. (I think it was) Hernadez. I think I would just want one to say Bride or just Mrs. I also wanted to get some for my bridesmaids. If there is a way I could make them I would love to do it, but if no one knows how then I guess I could buy them, I just don't know where.

futuremrsredford on Etsy makes beautiful ones for $20-25 (for regular-sized hangers).

And Kendall had a step-by-step tutorial that I'm sure she'd be happy to revisit (or might have on her bio).

I used http://www.etsy.com/shop/deliziare for my sister's and she was great. She has a very complicated last name and she was able to fit it all on there. AMAZING job and super fast shipping!

So yeah - Greatest thing ever is floral wire from Michaels. They sell it in spools. 14 gauge all the way. Once you have the wire, find some round things (I used a sharpie and some eye drops :P) to form your curves around. A small pair of needlenose or jewelry pliers helps to.

For the hangers alone (hangers + wire) I spent abou $2.12 on each one. When you add in the extras I did (see below), probably about $5 per.

(the wires had been a bit distorted when I stored them - after I saw it in the pics, I easily fixed it)

And one without the wire attached yet for our flower girl

Kendall, Is it hard to make? I think I am going to buy mine to make sure all the letters fit but i want to make the brides maids. How long does it take too? Like is it a weekend project??/

Thanks Jess for the esty sellers info...I LOVED hers and bought one. I'd been thinking of doing this, but my potential frustration and lack of time right now was well worth the price!!

Gwendolyn and Jacquelyn took about an hour each for the wire just because of all the loopy letters. On the other hand, Annemarie took about 10 minutes

You're welcome! She was great to work with. I too didn't have the time to make my sisters since I did everything else for the wedding. haha. I admire those of your girls (*cough* Kendall *cough*) who have the time and patience for it. :)
