help,lol i need venue's

trying to come up with a place. want the ceramony and reception in the same place... will most likely be a winter or early spring wedding, so out doors is amost completly out.. not finding many cheap places i rlly care for, plus i have no clue how to do this whole planing thing... so we're almost convinced to just go with vegas. we have a pretty small budget. around 5000 for everything. wanting black, an hot pink an silver for my colors. any help with anything would be great. thanks everyone.
