Good morning! We got married 3 weeks ago and it was wonderful....except for the florist. We used Flowers by Renee and it was a HORRIBLE experience. My wedding started at 3 pm and after 2 pm my friend got a call from the ushers stating that the florist hadn't arrived yet. They didn't arrive until after 2:30, when people were already at the church! And then...the decorated the church wrong! They were supposed to have arrangements and draping on every other pew. Instead, they decorated every pew, which meant that half the church was not deocrated! I was horrified when the doors opened to walk down the aisle and the first thing I noticed was that the church was only half decorated!
I called after the wedding to complain and I was told by Renee that they delivered what they promised and it wasn't her fault that the church was decorated wrong. She told me that I should have come down to look at the decorations (while people were already seated) to make sure it was correct. She refused to admit any wrongdoing!
Basically, if you are going to use her, beware! She was stressful to deal with leading up to the wedding and her poor performance the day of showed she was not worth the money I saved by using her!
