White Elephant Gift Ideas?

Hey girls! I am trying to think of what to bring for my office Christmas party next week. It's a pretty awesome party- we all get on the owner's yacht and get drunk, play silly games and exchange white elephant gag gifts.

Last year I went to a toy store and got a $2 Sheriff badge. That was a hit.

So, now I am trying to think of something fun for this year that costs less than $15. I've seen "paper emails" (phone message pads that look like an email, which is appropriate since I'm the receptionist), thought about getting a Snuggie, or maybe I should go find the fugliest slippers ever and get those.

Thoughts? Ideas? It's gotta be hilarious! :)

    My parents used to go to this kind of party every year too.  They got the best (worst) stuff.  Once my dad got a copy of a book about the O.J trial, they got tacky sweaters, the talking fish plaque, lol.  Do you have a Christmas Tree Store down your way or any place that buys out other stores?  They usually have a lot of random crap.

    I second this! And the Christmas Tree Shop does have alot of random stuff that would make for a good gag gift.

    My sister and I always do gag gifts for Christmas (under $10) instead of regular gifts, and just recently we got her husband and my BF involved...last year my sister's husband got me a Silent Night Spanish singing Holiday Gloworm...the good old regular gloworm could also make for a good gag too!

    And I thought of it because someone actually brought it to the last white elephant gift exchange I took part in. 


    Now to take part in better shopping - purple shoes!  If only you wanted heels, I have found some amazing purple heels.

    I love white elephant exchanges. We do one every year for Christmas. We've exchanged everything from shrunken coconut heads to ghetto Barbies to color-me-in felt posters. Last year, I got a talking Mr. T keychain. Pure awesomeness.

    Someone got dd 2 of these (mad cow disease and e coli) for her frist birthday.  No joke.  Stupidest thing I've ever seen!  You can give the clap, gonorrhea, swine flu, etc and they're stuffed animal versions of what the actual bacteria/virus looks like.

    We do a white elephant at work as well, and the ones that ALWAYS get snatched up over and over again are the gift cards to department stores. Not quite as fun or clever, but will definitely be useful/appreciated!
