I am having my reception at Mandalay Bay. Do I include my outside vendors in my final number to the caterer? I should point out that I am having a dinner buffet for my guests.
If you're talking about a third party vendor, it all depends on your contract and/or how nice you want to be (if it's not required) based on how long they're going to be with you on wedding day. If you're talking about having Mandalay employees for a Mandalay-hosted reception then no, they're responsible for their own employees' meals and schedules.
I was thinking that we should order a dinner for Todd from B&W since he will be photographing us from 2-8pm but that's the only vendor I have that I think this applies to

I am providing meals for my photographers (Mike L) and my Videographers (Langdon Video) because it's required in my contracts with both to either provide a meal for them or they get to take an hour to leave and eat their own meal. I decided I'd rather have them say and provide a meal for them.
