Hello All,
So after the big day I've been MIA. It was crazy and wonderful. If I had to do it again I would have planned way earlier and had more help. But everyone thought it was beautiful and I am just happy to be married to my wonderful husband.
Some reviews:
Elicit Events- F!!!!
Avoid at all cost. I bought a Groupon so that we could have tables and linens for the rehearsal dinner. They didn't show up and then avoided my calls and never returned my messages or emails. Overall terrible experience!
Plantation Preserve- B+/A-
They were pretty flexible about a lot of things and from what I heard the service was good. The food wasn't as good as the trial. Things were cold and not that flavorful.
Edda's Cake- A-
Didn't have a choice because it was part of the package. The cake was pretty and some people liked it but personally not a fan of their cakes in general.
Travis Harris Photography- Pending
They are nice and fun to work with but we'll see how the pictures and video come out.
Honeymoon- A+
Hubby works for cruise line and since we are on a budget we opted for this. It was nice and relaxing. Didn't have to think about a thing which was nice after all of the planning! Went to Key West and Cozumel. He surprised me with a grand suite. It was gorgeous!!!
