Does anyone have a timeline template?

I am almost done with my timeline, but I cannot find a template anywhere online so I can send it out to the party! Does anyone have one they can send to me or a link I could go to? Thanks!

  • I would like one for the day of!

Will it help with figuring out how much time things will take?  That is kind of what I have been thinking about recently.  We are doing pictures before the ceremony and I don't know how the timing will work for that.

  • Zims, your timeline is awesone!

I have a kind of related question I could use help with.  We are planning on doing first look and pictures with our bridal party at a state park about 5-10 mins from our venue (ceremony and reception same location and where I will be staying for the weekend).  I have been struggling to finalize timing.  This is kind of what I wis thinking.

3:20pm- hair and make-up finished, leave for first look and pictures
    3:30-4:20pm- pictures at state park
4:30- arrive back at venue and do any touchups in room
    5:00- ceremony start

Does this timeline seem right?  I want to get back to my room before a ton of people arrive.  I am worried about all of our guests arriving and seeing me before the ceremony, which I guess isn't that big of a deal.

  • Haha...can you tell I'm Type A?!

I'm giving them the option to do their own hair and make up or have it done professionally. If they're doing it themselves, they won't have to get to the hotel until 10ish if they don't want to be there so early.
  • ok. I am trying to figure out how long it is going to take for my hair lady to do everyones hair. Do you mind if I use yours and tweak it to what I need?

  • Of course not!! I'm definitely going to have to tweak the morning stuff too once I book a hair and make up person and see what they say and then figure out timing with my photographer.
