Alright, so DH and I go for these weekend conferences with our business. Essentially we drive for a few hours (sometimes as much as 8-10) to get there, attend presentations from speakers Fri evening. Sat we have presentations from like 10am until lunch, a short lunch break which is often a meeting with our team, presentations until dinner, a few hours for dinner, then presentations until like midnight. Sunday we wake up and its presentations until lunch then drive home.
So as you can see, little time for food. We also are NOT keen on the idea of eating out a ton, and want to try to keep things healthy. There is going to be no microwave in our hotel room. I do have coolers and ice packs, so keeping things cold works.
I know as far as snack food we can do cut veggies, nuts, granola bars, etc. but as far as an actual meal to eat, any suggestions? TIA!
