AW: Thursday

I always find it myself motivating to see where everyone else is at,

so lets hear 'em ladies!

-Booked a MUA for e-pics, and if everything looks FAB I say it will be go for the MUA for the BIG DAY!
-In search for tea pots and tea cups, I have some magical plan just don't know how I'll use it in the wedding hehehe.
-Working REALLY HARD on DIY! I mean most of my evenings are spent in front of a computer designing..
-Going to swap-meet this weekend, I'm going to get some fabric to start on the personalized aisle runner.
-X'ed the original shoes and now I'm in search of new ones.

This is more like a vent NOT an accomplishment ....
Frown I mean everyone is on me...getting a dress. The thought of it makes me so stressed...I still haven't reached my weight goal to even consider trying on dresses again

    Great job ladies!

Not a whole lot this week because my brother is in town from the east coast, for work, and is staying with us.

I did meet with Candi Merle on Friday (after driving an hour in the rain and traffic and getting lost and arriving 30 minutes late to my appointment, yikes!). She was so understanding, which was nice. And so easy to work with! I  brought my dress and we immediately decided on the best style of veil to match it. And it's only $40 plus shipping, woo hoo (the $12 shipping is totally worth not going throught that driving ordeal again!). I can't wait to receive it!

This is part AW and part WTF-  I received a potential groomsmen tie that I ordered, to see if it matched the bridesmaid dresses. It didn't match close enough, but was still a nice tie that my FI wanted to keep. Unfortunately I was holding it and a bowl of salad at the same time (why, i have no idea...trying to carry too many things) and dropped the tie into the salad, so it got oil on it. Boo.

That's all for this week....hopefully more productive next week!

    • Started preliminary seating arrangements, but I'm still out a few KEY RSVP cards
    • Booked hotel rooms for night before, night of and night after
    • Made music selections for most of our major music events (ceremony, first dance, cake, etc.)
    • Ordered the spices for the spice grinders (wedding favors)
    • Everyone has their outfit taken care of
    • Started thank-you-notes - but it's taking forever and I'm not getting much in the way of help with that.
    • Booked February facial (I have it in 20 minutes!)
    • Found dress for Sunday Brunch and going-away
    • Scheduled shopping day with mom for rehearsal dinner outfit (the one i bought will simply not fit me in 29 days)
    • Scheduled centerpiece mockup appt with florist
    • Paid deposit on parents' toasting goblets for replating (in silver)

    Still needs doing:
    • Schedule waxing, mani/pedi, spa-day, teeth whitening, get new contact lenses & get a double month script for birth control (i'll need to start the new one mid-honeymoon!)
    • Order chucks for the bridal party
    • Work w/ DOC on day of event timeline
    • Shot list for photographer
    • Meet w/ videographer for theme/idea download
    • figure out some sort of receptacle for cards
    • Work out how all that crapola (including FMIL) is getting home since we're not going home until after the honeymoon
    • Get supplies for the table cards and escort cards...then proceed to DIY them
    • Wrap gifts for bridal party and parents (includes having to get some sort of shadow box and engraving for previously mentioned goblets)
    • Figure out how to incorporate memorials (FI's father and brother)
    • Attempt to not get into any more fights with family members pushing for us to invite bunghole uncle with whom I have not spoken in over a year
