    We have sinks right next to the food line so that when we come out of the dishroom after bringing in dirty dishes, we can just wash our hands right there and then tray up the food.

    I swear at work I wash my hands 900 times.  I cant imagine blowing my nose and not immediately washing them.  Thats just fucking gross.

    in high school my dad owned a convenience/sub shop and we all had to learn about food safety. I literally was always washing my hands. I can't believe not everyone does this.

    We have the same set up. You touch dirty plates with other people's fluids. My hands feel so nasty if I don't wash them afterwards.
